At landofcrystals.com, we respect our customers and understand that you are concerned about privacy. We do not share any privacy information with anyone.  

Land of Crystals, LLC. will ship all orders placed over the Internet using USPS services.  All internet orders will be delivered within 7 – 10 business days from date of purchase. 

Land of Crystals, LLC makes every effort to ensure that the items you see online are accurately priced. Despite our best efforts, however, items online may occasionally be mislabeled. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, technical, or other error, Land of Crystals, LLC shall have the right to refuse any sale at the incorrect price.               

Land of Crystals, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for product listed at an incorrect price.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your transaction and notify you of the price error and cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
